JAK Contractors Ltd was established by three partners with an extensive experience in the property construction, financial & legal services, who have recognized the market need for honest and professional building services within a domestic market.

We specialize in residential & commercial construction and renovations and our projects vary form minor refurbishment works to complete new conversions. We work in a private sector but also with developers, to whom we can offer not only building serviced but help to source a property and help with the design, financing and all legal aspects of the project.
